Ronen has worked around the world on F&B innovation/development, restaurant and hotel concepts, and has opened and revamped everything from neighborhood bars to internationally-renown luxury properties such as Fairmont and Raffles, all to critical acclaim. Ronen loves introducing new concepts and flavors to a broader audience, which has done via Shaker & Spoon, the award-winning national cocktail subscription service, as well as behind the scenes in the creation of products in the categories of non-alc, liqueurs and tequilas.
